About Us

Welcome to Pins & Needle, a charity organization providing opportunities for women through training that changes their lives. We are bringing hope to all women and empowering them with the tools, means, and confidence necessary for positive change in their lives and the lives of their communities; our mission is set forth on April 18, 2017. The dream is to create the society in which women are not only ‘wanted’ but ‘winning’. For those who read our Last Word from Pins & Needle, we know that women often come across particular challenges in their lives. Their progress may be limited by restricted opportunities to learn more about their basic skills, and or financially and academically soccer mum may not be fuer. We can help with that. These divides are opportunities for us to close via providing skill based training programs, affordability through a mentorship style support structure for the development of the individuals as well as financial sustainability.

Our Activities

The quarterly magazine Pins & Needle underscore skill enhancement as a compelling tool for mass liberation. We provide training courses in a number of areas, including:

Digital literacy

Fundamental skills that must be learned to run businesses independently, including the mastery of social tools, budgeting, and web marketing.

Building Communities

We develop leadership structures to facilitate networks where women could share information as well as integrate.

This comprehensive approach ensures that any woman not only gets a skill but also the confidence to apply the learned skill in real life situations. With the help of communication, we discover the needs of the local populations and adapt our activities to have the maximum effect.

Why We Do It

Of course, we strongly believe that the role of women should be enhanced when it comes to improving overall stability among communities, enhancing family wellbeing and foreseeing a much better future. In fact, empowered women create their own lives and become a catalyst for the recipients to improve their lives as well.

Why It Matters

Going beyond the main focus empowering women assists in the betterment of a community, strengthening families and last but not the least is a progressive social reform. Gender inequality, poverty, and unrealised potential could be at least partly addressed by such a measure as skills training.

Despite the fact that women have made improvements in many countries, these women do not have the tools and skills that are required to support them. Closing this gap is our mission for every woman we are willing to help to provide her with an opportunity to become everything she wants to be.
